Hi I'm Rick Denief!

I am the owner/broker of Denief Realty LLC and currently hold licenses to sell real estate in SD, WY, MT, CO, and MO. What began 36 years ago as primarily homes sales realty, has now become a journey of successes in commercial/industrial, retail, office/warehouse, land sales, as well as land development and ranch land sales.

I was born in the little community of Rapid City, SD, developing a strong work ethic by growing up in the local building trades. While working home construction in my 20's, a friend told me I should start selling real estate, so I thought, "That sounds exciting; I'll give it a try!"

Now with my business and sales background totaling 37 years, 24 of my most exciting years have been invested as a licensed real estate agent. I specialize in imparting vision and hope to each of my clients, as this is one of my best strengths.

My greatest success story is having been married to Linda for over 35 years and raising our five wonderful children together! Nowadays I invest most of my time into helping others build their real estate portfolios, working in ministry, and hunting in the beautiful Black Hills whenever I get the chance.

One project I'm working to bring you soon is a beautiful (320 acres of meadows, trees, and spacious views) upscale new housing acreage neighborhood in Whitewood, SD. The homes will be built by two of our area's finest construction companies and we have an “A Team” from the developer, builders, mortgage broker, and insurance broker waiting to help you with every aspect of preparing your new dream home.
